At Joseph James Furniture Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the item directly from your residence or arrange for a drop-off at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
